As a small business owner, you know there’s only so many hats you can wear before it becomes exhausting, but not every business has the revenue to hire a marketing manager to join their staff. 

Enter my monthly marketing meetings: a dedicated coaching and consulting service providing you with access to the expertise and guidance of a professional digital marketer (ahem, me).

I will work hand in hand with you to plan out your monthly marketing calendar, provide insights on analytical data, be a soundboard for creative ideas and ensure that your content is rooted in strategy.

More than that, I will be a cheerleader for your brand, an accountability buddy to help you to stay on schedule, and a voice of reason in a noisy marketing industry that glorifies hustle culture. Yes, I want to help you to maintain a consistent marketing calendar, but I will also make sure you’re doing so in a way that is sustainable for you and your limited resources as a small business owner. We’re all about avoiding burnout!

What it includes:

  • 1 x hour monthly marketing video call.
  • Access to a marketing calendar in Asana, where we will plan your editorial calendar each month.
  • Monthly analytics report including your website, email and social media analytics.

What we'll do:

  • Work through the previous month’s analytics to understand what aspects of your content are working, while identify areas for change or improvement.
  • Map out your marketing content plan for the upcoming month across your website, podcast, email newsletter and social media, so you have a clear and actionable plan to work to each month.
  • Brainstorm ideas for clever marketing campaigns, plan for seasonal campaigns and relevant holidays or events in your industry.
  • Discuss any general marketing questions you may have.
  • Ensure that your content output aligns with your digital marketing strategy to meet your business goals.
